​What is Reiki?  

Reiki is the practice of using your hands to clear, move, and un-block energy in your body or the bodies of others.  


What you'll learn in Reiki 1: "Anatomy of the Subtle Body"

You'll learn all about the subtle, or energetic, body, exploring the chakra, nadi, marma, and kosha systems from yogic and Ayurvedic perspectives.  You'll also learn how to call upon your spiritual guides, ancestors, guardian angels, and any and all beings of love and light to help you on your spiritual journey and aid you in your Reiki practice.  We'll explore many methods of clearing your own energy body from negative thoughts, feelings, and attachments, such as visualizations, mudras, and of course, the practice of Reiki  on your own body.  You will receive multiple attunements, the Reiki 1 symbol, as well as time to practice Reiki on yourself and others.  

You will leave Reiki 1 with the tools to clear your own energy and work on healing your own energetic body.  You may also practice on friends and family members, as long as you do not charge for your Reiki services.

Meghan has a background and practice in Ayurveda, yoga, and movement, providing an extremely unique opportunity and perspective from which to learn the healing practice of Reiki. 

*So many of my Marma, Reiki, and Ayurveda clients have asked me how to keep their energy clear in between sessions, and this is the PERFECT opportunity to learn how to do this for a healthier, happier, more energetic you.  I recommend that everyone attend Reiki 1 for their own self-care and healing.  

What you'll learn in Reiki 2: "Protecting and Preserving Your Energy"

Reiki 2 focuses on the practices and tools you'll need to bolster and preserve your own energy as a Reiki practitioner.  We'll go more in depth into the energies that govern the physical and subtle bodies and world, including the Ayurvedic elements and doshas and chromotherapy (color therapy).  This will give you the tools to understand your clients' energy and your own energy, supporting you as an effective and clear Reiki practitioner.  You will receive multiple attunements, the Reiki 2 symbol, as well as time to practice Reiki on others.  You will also learn a "Pranic Healing Protocol" as it was taught to Meghan by her Marma Therapy teacher.  

You will leave Reiki 2 with the tools to be an effective Reiki practitioner--you are now allowed to charge for your services.  As Reiki 2 builds upon Reiki 1, you will have everything you need to keep your energy clear as you practice Reiki on others.  

What you'll learn in Reiki 3: "Polishing Your Practices"

After Reiki 3, you will learn even more practices to keep your energy clear and strong, as you will now be equipped with the tools and knowledge to train others in the practice of Reiki.  We'll include Ayurvedic sensory therapies and tools you can use for life to maintain a sattvic and clear body, mind, and spirit, making sure you can practice and share Reiki with others as long as you wish.  We will explore long-distance Reiki and its corresponding symbol.  You will learn about the energetic cycles of the moon and how to set intentions and cast energy forth to manifest abundance in your life.  You will also receive multiple attunements, time to offer Reiki to others, and the Reiki master symbol.  We will also explore akashic records and developing a closer relationship to your spiritual guides.  

You will leave Reiki 3 with the ability to share Reiki 1, 2, and 3 attunements with others, as well as advanced knowledge and lifelong practices in keeping your own, energetic body in optimal health.  ​

Meghan Hays teaches Reiki 1, 2, and 3 privately and semi-privately (2-3 people), by request. 
These two-day, private trainings are an excellent way to pass down the knowledge of Usui Reiki in order to help heal yourself and learn how to use Reiki, as a practitioner, to help others heal. 
Meghan has a background and practice in Ayurveda, yoga, and movement, providing an extremely unique opportunity and perspective from which to learn the healing practice of Reiki. 
* In order to attend Reiki 2, you must have completed Reiki 1, and in order to attend Reiki 3, you must have completed Reiki 2, but you do not have to have completed those trainings with Meghan--she recognizes and respects all Reiki practitioners.

(after completion of Reiki 1, you are authorized to work only on yourself and others at no charge)

Private Reiki 2 investment: $750 _ 10-12 hours training total (usually over 2 days)
(after completion of Reiki 2, you may charge for your Reiki services)

Private Reiki 3 investment: $1000 _ 12-14 hours training total (over 2-3 days)
(after completion of Reiki 3, you are considered a Reiki "master," and may train others in Reiki 1, 2, and 3)​
